Cooperation Not Competition
Then Ms. Reynolds looked at me and said “we’re changing the world.” And, I replied with gratitude, “yes, you are.”
The eyes. Or rather: the gaze.
When I introduced myself to Nick at #eHealth2016 in Amsterdam, he looked at me with that gaze. It’s a Mindful gaze, one that says “I see you, and I’m paying attention.” He told me that conferences like that one are great places to meet people, and when we do, we should take advantage of that and really *connect* with people.
And that’s what we’re all about in the end: connecting with people. As a UX designer, especially in the mHealth space, I’m trying to connect with the people who use the things I make. We’re also helping people connect with each other.
Thanks for the reminder, Nick! #pinksocks

“The world IS full of good. We can dramatically change things if we keep believing this, seeing this, and passing it along to others. #pinksocks”
